Walt Disney Animation Studios proceeds to the Hundred Acre Wood with "Winnie the Pooh," the first big-screen Pooh adventure from Disney animation in more than 35 years. Owl sends the whole group -- Pooh, Tigger, Rabbit, Piglet, Kanga, Roo, and Eeyore -- on a natural quest to save Christopher Robin from an fantasy culprit. It turns out to be a very busy day for a bear who simply set out to find some hunny. One scene will feature Eeyore losing his tail and his friends trying to find different replacements. Another sequence involves the gang looking for a mysterious creature called the "Backson". Another scene depicts Pooh as a bee in a land of golden honey. It has been stated that all stories will focus on segments that originally appeared in the Milne/Shepard Pooh stories that did not previously appear in the Disney Pooh film releases.
